We took in a service the other day for a PC with possible infection. When we spoke on the phone the customer was given a quote for "cleaning" the computer.

When the computer was brought in it wasn't only a virus infection we cleaned up, we gave the whole computer a much needed cleaning. Disassembled, cleaned, New thermal paste, reassemble, cable management, scans, updates and function test.
