Help Lead the Future of Spud Software.
At Spud Software, we're not looking for someone to simply manage our business. We're looking for someone to help lead it.
We're a growing team of about 15 professionals who help businesses improve operations through consulting, business analysis, custom software, AI, and technology solutions. Our goal is simple: reduce stress, improve efficiency, and help our clients run better businesses.
As our General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, allowing the owner to focus on company growth, innovation, sales, and strategic customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
*You'll be the operational leader of Spud Software.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading and supporting our team of Business Analysts, Software Developers, and Network Support professionals.
*Keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
*Prioritizing work and balancing team workloads.
*Removing roadblocks before they become client issues.
*Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
*Holding the team accountable while creating a positive, collaborative culture.
*Continuously improving our processes, communication, and client experience.
If someone asks, "How are things going?" you'll already know the answer.

*Experience leading teams in consulting, technology, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or other professional service organizations is a plus.
*Software development experience is not required. We're looking for a great leader, not necessarily a programmer.
This Position Is 100% On-Site-
This position is based in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
We believe great leadership happens face-to-face. Being present allows you to support your team, build strong relationships, solve problems quickly, and provide the kind of leadership our employees and clients deserve.
