It’s hard to believe it’s already been five years since we opened Tech Guru! It’s been an incredible journey filled with joy, challenges, growth, and so many amazing people along the way.

It has always been my dream to see Tech Guru grow — to have a string of stores across multiple states, helping more people every day. But sometimes life changes, and dreams have to be put on hold.

It’s with a heavy heart that I announce we will be closing our East Grand Forks location. At this time, I need to focus on personal matters while staying true to what Tech Guru was built on — customer service and fast, quality repairs.

This iPhone 11 came in completely destroyed — frame bent, screen shattered, and parts literally separating from the board. Most shops would’ve called it a total loss… but not us.

Our team was able to safely extract and recover all the customer’s data — photos, contacts, notes, and memories — from what looked like an impossible situation.

This month’s award goes to Matthew, who tackled a board that came in snapped in half after a customer tried removing it from their device.

He carefully repaired the broken traces, restored the connections, and then reinforced the board with epoxy to ensure it was strong and reliable again. 💪⚡

What looked like a total loss is now working again thanks to Matthew’s skill and precision—the Tech Guru Standard at its best!
