Most shipments arrive exactly as expected, but if there’s ever visible damage, a missing carton, or an issue you don’t discover until unpacking, knowing what to do next matters.

We’ve created a new Receiving Your Shipment resource to help you prepare before delivery and understand what to look for when your books arrive.

Inside, you’ll find guidance on:
• Inspecting your shipment before signing
• Documenting visible or concealed damage
• Taking the right photos
• Reporting missing books or cartons
• Keeping packaging for possible claims
• What information to send our team if you need help

A few minutes of inspection and documentation can make a big difference if a shipping issue occurs.
