We’re launching something new for local businesses in NE Grand Rapids.
It’s called Brand Rapids — a simple, shared neighborhood mailing designed to help small businesses get in front of nearby homeowners without the cost of doing a full direct mail campaign alone.
For this first pilot run, we’re targeting:
Plainfield corridor
Northview School District area
3,528 residential homes
Instead of one business covering the full cost of a large mailing, this postcard-style piece brings together 16 local businesses — one per category — on a premium 6 × 11 full-color mailing delivered via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM).
There are:
• No contracts
• No long-term commitments
• No complicated packages
Just a flat $250 one-time fee.
That works out to about 7 cents per household for direct residential delivery.
Each category is exclusive (only one business per category), and spots are first-come, first-served.
This is a one-time pilot mailing focused specifically on the Plainfield / Northview area.
