Beware of any email from PayPal or other sites stating you are being charged.
This one is a scam the sending email is not from PayPal also the phone numbers are not for PayPal. This is a scammer trying to get your banking info or log in for your accounts.
If you are ever in doubt do not call the numbers on the email.

Be careful they are trying this with other banks also. Some are pop ups on your computer telling you to call and not turn off your pc
