If you can’t empower an MSP to make money, save time, or thrill clients - don’t be surprised when they ghost you and churn.

Go shoulder-to-shoulder with partners, speak truth into their sales and enamblement processes, and prove out value when it most matters.

Number one. If you are setting yourself up for success, what I believe that looks like, first of all, is getting a laser focus with pinpoint accuracy on who is your customer.

Number two, identifying target accounts that you are going to engage with in 32026 — prospect accounts. Right.

Building quality data sets that you can start building campaigns around.

And don’t be confused when I say campaigns. There’s a lot of iterations of what that could look like tangibly.

But first, pinpoint accuracy on who.

Number two. Building data sets that meet that profile.

Number three, crafting a compelling offer that is compelling not to you, but from the vantage point of your customer.

And then everything else, everything else is blood, sweat, and tears applied faithfully over time.
