‼️Hello everyone! We need to make a very important public announcement about the new Samsung One UI 6 update!!‼️

Be aware this update is very buggy currently.
Even more buggy with AFTERMARKET screens!
It can cause but not limited to Ghost touch, no touch, dim display, screens blacking out randomly, S Pens not working , cellular signal not working at all or going in and out, not reading SIM cards, showing your phone is carrier locked when it’s actually unlocked, and much more!!

If you have an aftermarket screen on your Samsung device try to avoid doing the update for as long as possible! It will eventually force you to though.

With that being said,
We offer 2 different styles of screens.
Aftermarket and OEM/Service Packs!
Unfortunately Samsung screens are VERY expensive to replace especially the S series models.

The Aftermarket screens are cheaper but run the risk of being buggy.
The OEM screens have a significantly lower chance of having issues but are at least 50% MORE expensive.
This is not something we can control as China and the manufacturer controls the market prices for the screens.
Our labor charge is almost non existent in these phones due to people not being able to afford having a working, and non broken device as it is because of the high price of the parts.

THIS IS NOT SOMETHING COVERED BY WARRANTY from our shop or any other shop currently.
It is a software problem that China is working to resolve!
Be aware of this BEFORE you update your phone if you have an aftermarket screen!

HOWEVER, one immediate solution is to replace the aftermarket screen with an OEM screen.
If you had your device repaired with us within the last 12 months, chose the aftermarket screen, and are having issues after the update we will allow you to pay the difference between the aftermarket and the OEM and this will resolve your issue!

Our goal is to provide everyone with the best service possible even if that means we don’t make as much.
We believe it should be affordable for everyone to be able to fix there device.

Keep in mind we also allow customers to make payments on repairs!💵

If you are having issues from an aftermarket screen whether it was done by us or by another shop then feel free to call our store and let us put you on a list.
As soon as China comes up with either a software solution or an updated screen we will reach out to everyone and keep you updated!
