This one’s been sitting in the drafts for way too long… but IT problems never go out of style.

Micah joined the One Stop IT Store team a couple of months ago, and one thing we quickly learned is that he loves making funny videos.

So naturally, we had to let him make one for us.

Today’s lesson: How to tell if your computer is on or off.

We hope you enjoy Micah’s first One Stop IT video as much as he enjoyed making it!

We weren't actually in Waukegan anymore.

As our business continued to grow beyond computer sales and repairs, we needed a name that better reflected who we are today, and where we're headed tomorrow.

That's why Waukegan Computer became One Stop IT Store.

💚 Community doesn't happen by accident. It happens because people choose to invest in it.

Today, we'd like to recognize and thank our amazing sponsors for helping make the Gurnee Farmers Market possible.

Your support helps create Sunday mornings filled with local vendors, fresh produce, live music, smiling faces, and meaningful connections throughout our community.

Every market day is a reminder that when local organizations, businesses, and community members come together, wonderful things happen.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us create a place where community continues to grow.

🌽 Shop Local.
🤝 Support Local.
💚 Grow Together.

For years, Waukegan Computer has been helping individuals and businesses with their technology needs. As we've grown, so have the services we provide.

We're excited to officially announce that Waukegan Computer is becoming One Stop IT Store.

While the name is changing, our commitment to our customers remains the same. This change better reflects who we are today: a technology company that provides everything from computer sales and repairs to managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, business technology solutions, and more.

Whether you're a homeowner looking for help with your computer or a business looking for a trusted IT partner, you'll continue to find the same friendly faces, expert support, and personalized service you've come to expect.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. We're excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to serve our community as One Stop IT Store.

One Location. One Team. One Stop for IT.
