We have been swapping customers to a new plan for the last (2) months. While we were not quite ready to deploy on the scale that we have been for the last week, it has been going great. Customers have been reporting that they have their "pre-hurricane" internet back. This swap can be done at our office or you can wait for us to come out. In an effort to keep pricing low, we are asking that if you are able bodied, bring it to our office for swap out. That way, we can get to the people quicker that have no way of bringing it in.

With this comes a price increase to $120/month auto-pay and $140/month without. It will be unlimited, but we will be monitoring usage. Any customers that are using an insane amount of data will be contacted, (Greater than 1TB). 95% of customers will fit into this "box", for the others, we will help you find an appropriate plan. It could be multiple plans.

We will post more instructions tomorrow. If you have gotten behind on your invoices, we will be willing to work it out. It just may take a little longer than those that are, and have always been current.

Happy Easter everyone. If lightning gets close to you, we would recommend removing power from all internet related equipment during that timeframe. (It could mean the difference between being without internet for a few minutes versus a day or two).
