We are growing our top rated customer service team. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for receiving and entering customer orders. Duties include heavy e-mail and phone call communication with our customers around the US, and working with our internal software and people to schedule and fulfill orders. The ability to work with detailed customer spreadsheets and quickly gather crucial information is needed. Working with measurements, dimensions, and basic mathematical operations are a daily part of this role. Strong organization skills & meticulous attention to details are needed to thrive in this role. Good verbal, writing and spelling skills, and excellent telephone & email manners are required.
You will be working closely with others in a fast paced and deadline driven office environment with one of the best customer service teams in the printing industry. Some overtime is required during busy seasonal times of the year.
