Responsibilities/Duties:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by following our sales process and discover our customer’s wants and needs by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered.
- Consult with new and existing customers to help grow your income by driving customers to their location.
- Be a team player with your co-workers ensuring excellent sale service to move customer’s needs and wants out as fast as possible by assisting or independently.
- Assist with inventory maintenance.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales tiers and quotas to help grow your overall income (commission included), by adapting consistently to changes in promos, prices, sales pitch, close sales, and processes.
- Handling customer issues in a timely and professional manner while prioritizing sales.
- Responsible for accuracy of daily cash drawer and calculate change (money), formulas, commissions, discounts, etc. with basic math skills.
- Maintaining your store presentation and any floor clean and organized.
- Ability to lift up to at least 30 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends, holidays, and evenings).
- Ability to stand long periods at times.
- Ability to work at other store locations if the business dictates or may be required (within 20 minutes).
- Maintain a happy and positive work environment under any obstacle or circumstance that may come your way
- Ability to complete assigned duties for store or market goals as outlined by the District Manager, Store Manager, or Sales lead.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience – One or more years of sales/retail experience in a quota driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) customer service skills. Wireless industry experience is a plus and preferred. Bilingual speaking is preferred. Tech savvy personnel are always welcomed.
Mathematical Skills – Quick adaptation to add, subtract, multiply, and use percentages in price change recommendations on customer sudden change needs. (Ensures giving customers their individual budget needs)
Cash Handling – Count fast, accurately, and organized with no errors with willing to learn. At least one- year experience in cash handling is preferred.
Computer Literacy and Clerical Skills – Proficient use of PC and software (Basic MS Office, typing, email, and basic computer operation), point of sales systems experience is preferred.
Reasoning Problem Solving and People Skills – Adaptation to innovate and creatively think when a problem emerges. Keep a lateral mindset and professional behavior among customers to provide effective interactions and insertion.
Work Hours – Ability to invest time in working store hours such as including weekends and holidays.
Education - A high school diploma is essential.
