The original Tech Hifi was started in the mid 60's by two students at MIT in Boston, Massachusetts. "Tech Hifi was born amid a fever for stereo equipment among college students in the 1960s as recordings multiplied and the technology to play them improved. Its hallmark — knowledgeable salespeople who could satisfy the comparison-shopping stereo connoisseur — helped propel its growth unt

The Mark Acoustics Lab is accepting "select" equipment for restoration on a “first availability” appointment basis when available. We cannot pre-schedule or accept walk-ins.

Please be aware that the effects of tariffs have resulted in significant cost increases on parts and in some cases shipping costs have doubled. This is beyond our control, we do our best to keep our prices as low as possible.
