Quarterly Films is a culturally sensitive, socially concerned, artist-led film group of Isaac's Quarterly LLC. We provide video, media and consulting services to change agents, innovators, and artists who seek to produce media content that confronts stereotypical mainstream media misrepresentations of poverty, race, culture, group identification, and social injustices by centering the voices of th

ose people who are physically and socially impacted from the inside out. As a Certified Producer/Director Pastor Scott is committed to producing video and media content that honestly represents the true, lived narratives of stigmatized people. Pastor Isaac Scott is an independent filmmaker who understand that widespread pejorative labels and depictions of individuals impacted by the criminal justice system—in real-life and the media—dehumanize incarcerated populations. This dehumanization contributes to punitive attitudes, abusive penal policies, physical and sexual abuse of prisoners, general desensitization to such abuse and reluctance to societal reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals. The role of popular media in dehumanizing people in the criminal justice system undeniably influences the general public’s pervasive negative perception of those incarcerated. This negative misperception of prisoners actually encourages the public’s willingness to legitimize or ignore prison injustices and to countenance the dehumanization of people in prison. Films is the media sponsor for:

>>God's Touch Healing Ministry a Christian-based ministry that works to support the East Harlem community in the areas of spiritual empowerment and mental wellness through direct community outreach and arts engagement.

Quarterly Films project productions include but are not limited to collaborations with community activist and leading organizations such as: Musicambia, H.O.L.L.A!, Quodlibet Ensemble, Institute for Innovation in Prosecutions, Silent Cry, National Religious Campaign Against Torture and more.

As we close out the spring and step into a new season, take a moment to pause. So much of life keeps us moving from one responsibility to the next that we forget to notice how far we've come. Before you focus on what still needs to be done, take a moment to celebrate the victories, the lessons, the healing, and the strength that carried you here.

Give yourself the same grace, patience, and encouragement you so freely offer others. Growth doesn't always make noise, but every step forward matters. Be proud of the person you're becoming, and let that gratitude prepare you to enter the summer with renewed purpose, joy, and hope.

Art saved my life during the nine years I spent incarcerated. There were many things that helped me survive, but art gave me something many people lose while in prison: hope. Through drawing, writing, storytelling, and creative expression, I found a way to process my experiences, reconnect with my humanity, and imagine a future beyond the walls that surrounded me.

Since returning home, I have dedicated much of my life to creating opportunities for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated artists. Through exhibitions, community programs, advocacy, and public storytelling, I have worked alongside artists whose creativity has helped them heal, grow, and reclaim their voices. Again and again, I have witnessed the power of art to restore dignity, build community, and challenge the narratives that often define people by the worst moments of their lives.

That is why serving as Board President of the Justice Arts Coalition is so meaningful to me. JAC’s mission is a natural extension of the work I have been committed to for years: amplifying the voices, artwork, and humanity of justice-impacted artists and ensuring they have opportunities to be seen, heard, and valued.

On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, we will gather for our Virtual Gala, Re-Envisioning JAC 2026 and Beyond. This event is both a celebration and a fundraiser that will help sustain exhibitions, artist opportunities, public programming, and the continued growth of our national network.

I am personally asking for your support.

As Scripture reminds us, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Art helped give me vision when I needed it most. Today, we are working to ensure that others have that same opportunity.

Happy New Year family
We made it through another year together. I am grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every bit of growth. As we step into this new season, I pray we keep moving with purpose, with courage, and with love. Let this be the year we invest deeper in justice, in healing, and in each other.
