They are getting ready to re-open on Friday for take out and delivery and needed a more robust and reliable system. They also needed to add additional call paths as soon as possible. We were able to not only get both of those issues solved but resolve networking issues as well as poor WiFi connectivity in a matter of days! N-Mesh technologies is proud to announce our newest completed install for Marsh Bellofram

This project took roughly 7 months to complete. We worked with our sister company Nye Technical Services, LLC and used every bit of our team to complete a roll out.

The install consisted of new cat 5e wiring, 20 wireless access points, 24 new PoE network switches, 4 new VLANs, 120 Snom Americas D785 handsets, 170 extension 3CX phone system instance, and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears.

We brought the system up early to enable remote working and assist with the COVID-19 outbreak and enable some of their team to remain off site and reduce on site staff.

Our team was also able to roll out remote access solutions for their users to access their network and software from home to around 50 users on a day’s notice.

This was an intense and time consuming project but the hard work paid off with a seamless transition to Comcast SIP trunking and a 1Gbps fiber internet from Comcast.

We were able to save them close to $5,000 a month on their bills for internet and phone usage and have enabled greater communication and productivity at the same time.

We would like to thank the team at Marsh for all the work they put in with us and many long hours troubleshooting issues with us.
