Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping others? Gearheart is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our Central Office team in Harold, Kentucky!

In this role, you'll help keep our employees connected and productive by providing hands-on support for computers, printers, software, network equipment, and other office technology. You'll also have the opportunity to assist with new technology projects and help implement systems across the company.

What you'll do:
🖥️ Install, configure, and maintain PCs and related equipment
🔧 Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
🛠️ Maintain and repair computers, printers, and office equipment
📚 Help educate employees on hardware and software
🔐 Support and enforce company IT policies
🚀 Assist with implementing new technology and company systems
📦 Help maintain IT equipment inventory and support onsite projects

Position Details:
📍 Location: Harold, Kentucky
🏢 Department: Central Office
🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
