Has anyone else noticed Costco no longer carries their jumbo double chocolate chip muffins? 😩 They were my family’s absolute favorite, so I went on a mission to track down the best copycat recipe! 🙌

Muffins also make the perfect addition to any meal delivery; they can be enjoyed the morning after you drop a meal off, which I love!
