Do you think clients choose the cheapest option—or the one they trust most?

The most successful med spas aren't the cheapest.
They're the ones that have created an experience, reputation, and brand that clients can't find elsewhere.

When your brand clearly communicates expertise, trust, and transformation, people stop shopping solely on price!

You’ve probably heard this before but maybe you haven’t truly listened. Sometimes less is more.

At least until you have a team:
Too many services on your menu could:
-cheapen your reputation
-take away from the service you actually love and slay at
-which means you are spending time and money on providing services that don’t bring in the most profit
-worst of all lead to burnout 🥲

When you “do it all”, it usually means you (especially as one person team) don’t have an expertise.

Now if you find services that align with your brand and can hire teammates to do them for you, GO FOR IT 👏

After a lovely Mother’s Day, I found myself thinking about how homemade gifts & food carry something branding can lose sight of in an AI world:
☝☝☝the human touch.

Why it matters in branding, too:
💙 The Emotional Connection - People remember how something made them feel, not just how it looked. For me, it was inviting my mom and MIL to watch as their grand babies used their finger prints to make them flowers.

✏The Realness that Imperfections Bring-Handwritten notes, thoughtful details, intentional experiences — they feel real and memorable AND AUTHENTIC. -OMG I GOT SPOILED WITH perfectly imperfect gives from my kiddos and I will treasure them forever.

🔎 Care is visible - You can tell when something was made with intention versus made to simply sell. - For the special moms in my life, I chose hand-painted Mother's Day cards. I could have bought one, but it was more special to make them instead.

🔁Thoughtfulness builds loyalty - The brands people return to are the ones that make their clients feel seen and give them a sense of belonging. -I'm pretty big on this one in the branding world. And I think my made-from-scratch brunch, hand-crafted cards has my mommas coming back ;) They don't have a choice though!

The most impactful brands don’t just look the part. They focus on human connection that means the most to their target clients. For goodness sake, put in a little effort to show you care! It doesn't have to be over the top.
