We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team on 2nd Shift!

What does a Shipping & Receiving Clerk do?
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk verifies documentation and tracks jobs using job tickets, equipment schedules and system reports. The Clerk scans, weights, sorts, wraps and labels skids using information from the job ticket, and understands and follows the procedures for the department. The Clerk will also be trained and certified on how to operate a forklift to use for loading and unloading trucks/shipments.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk must have basic computer knowledge, basic math skills, and mechanical aptitude.

Shift: 2nd (3pm-11pm)
Schedule: 4 days per week & every other weekend

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A ROLL TENDER!

The Roll Tender assists in the operation of a lithographic printing press equipped with devices to produce quality inserts, which meet internal and external customer needs. The Roll Tender follows direction given by 1st Pressman and 2nd Pressman and communicates to all team members in a respectful and appropriate manner.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the operation of the litho presses (e.g. make ready, perforation cuts, mounting of plates, paper change, etc.) in order to ensure that the product produced meets the job specifications and quality standards.
2. Ensures paper meets job specifications and paper splices are prepared and adequate for continual press operations.
3. Visually inspects the press impressions by checking quality that meets job specifications and quality requirements per client.
4. Performs preventative maintenance task (e.g. lubricating the press, cleaning the presses, replacing filters, cleaning ink rollers, dampeners and the blankets and inspecting and replacing water filters, pressure rollers, image cylinder, etc) regularly to keep equipment in good working condition.
5. Properly and accurately reports paper usage by recording the date, job, correct roll number, original weight, and actual weight used.
6. Organizes the work area to maintain a safe and clean environment; everything has a place everything should be in place.

Our ideal candidate has past printing/press experience and is familiar with the Roll Tending processes, and printing environment. The candidate must have basic math skills, strong mechanical aptitude, trouble shooting skills, and good communications skills both written and oral.

Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AM
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday E/O Sunday or Thursday-Saturday E/O Sunday

Seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance professional to join the JTS Direct team at our Hartland, WI facility!

The Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and assumes the responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned, maintains inventory controls for cost effective operations, schedules and completes the preventative maintenance program, and coordinates special projects as directed by the Manager.

The Maintenance Technician will assist in monitoring work being performed by outside contractors, monitor and maintain all building systems, completes grounds work as directed by the Manager, alerting the management team of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place/may occur, and maintains a professional & courteous manner with all customers, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in a Maintenance role, and is looking for a long-term, challenging and rewarding career with room for growth & advancement. Candidates must have great problem-solving skills and strong mechanical aptitude.

This position is a 3rd Shift (11pm-7am) position, with a schedule of Monday-Friday. This individual will also be on-call one weekend each month.
