Happy Earth Day

Every year, one image gets to carry the weight of a movement. For 2026, that image belongs to Los Angeles artist Miles Wintner — a flower made of Earth, held in human hands. Tender, bold, and alive. He calls it the Earthflower: a reminder that flowers are not decoration, they are connection, linking birds, insects, and humans in the same quiet act of care.

From the start, the goal was simple. Create a digital space that helps staff find what they need faster, stay connected, and keep important information in one place. So we built InSite to do just that… with a little personality along the way.

The theme they chose? Owls. 🦉 Because great teams stay curious, informed, and wise about the work they do every day!
