We are having a majot outage, we are troubleshooting and hoping to have resolved shortly

Edit: this has been resolved as of about 2:45 pm today, the outage lasted for approximately 1 hour

This is a new commercial installation for internet and telephone at the Shadow Ridge Golf Club in Hattiesburg. We have installed fixed-wireless internet shooting 1.2 miles away from the water tank in the background. We are supplying a 250 mbps x 250 mbps connection (faster speeds available). The customer was tired of dealing with one of the big internet providers and wanted to use a local provider.

5:28 pm: We are currently experiencing a systemwide outage, we don't have any more details than that at this moment but we will post updates here

Update 6:33 pm: as of this moment we have restored most of our services to our network. It appears that Sumrall and Oloh are still down. We will give an update as soon as we know more. Thanks.

Update 8:45 pm: All services should be restored to our entire network. If you are still experiencing issue please let us know. Thanks.
