We're honored to be named one of 25 recipients of The Ripple Effect: Certified Veteran Employer Grants Program from Hire Heroes USA, powered by Ripple.

This one hits home for our entire team.

Emerald was founded by an Army veteran and currently serving National Guard Soldier who watched too many talented service members walk off active duty into underemployment. People who led teams, ran million dollar equipment, and held clearances that less than 1 percent of Americans hold, struggling to get a callback.

That is the problem we built MILRes to solve. A career intelligence platform that translates military experience into language employers understand and connects cleared, job-ready veterans with the companies that need them.

This grant is more than $10,000. It comes with Hire Heroes USA's Certified Veteran Employer training and ongoing support, which means we get better at the very thing we exist to do: hire veterans, develop veterans, and help other companies do the same.

When a Veteran-owned business grows, the ripple is real. More jobs for the military community. More proof that service is an advantage, not a gap on a resume. More families landing on their feet after the uniform comes off.

VETS26 hosted by National Veteran Small Business Coalition - NVSBC was a championship run. 🏆

We brought the Emerald Veteran Championship belt to New Orleans for a reason.

When you serve, the mission comes first...always. But here's what we've learned building Emerald Technical Solutions: the mission doesn't end when you take off the uniform. It just changes shape.

Being a champion of veterans, and a champion as a Vetpreneur is every bit as important as the work you did in service. Every veteran who steps into entrepreneurship is still serving: creating jobs, protecting our nation's data, mentoring the next person in line, and proving that the discipline and grit forged in uniform translate directly into the boardroom.

That belt isn't a gimmick. It's a reminder. Veterans who build, lead, and win are champions in their own right and we wanted everyone who stopped by our booth to feel that.

We talked CMMC readiness with companies trying to figure out where to even start. We dug into what a real C3PAO assessment looks like what to expect, how to prepare with RPO organizations, and how to avoid the costly missteps. We connected with partners who share our drive to strengthen the defense industrial base, one compliant, secure organization at a time.

To everyone who grabbed the belt, talked shop, and shared their journey with us, thank you. This community is the reason we do what we do.

The mission continues, and so does the fight!
