Y'all, PSA time. Take a few moments out of your day to secure your Facebook accounts with two factor authentication. Make sure you follow the same process for your Google, Microsoft, and other accounts.

Basically all providers offer TFA at this point. It just takes a moment and makes hacking into your account much, much more difficult.

I'm begging everyone here to take a moment or two, literally, out of your day to click a link to better secure your Facebook accounts.

I just had a buddy of mine get his Facebook hacked. Most likely a brute force attack over Tor, based on what I saw. Anyhow, there's a moral to this story. There is an extremely easy, free, and fast thing everyone can do to secure their accounts. Simply enable two-factor authentication. I recommend using the text message option to reduce complexity.

It's something everyone SHOULD do but it isn't common knowledge.
