Many communities are without power and that is affecting NITCO internet services. When customer power returns you should have service. If you do exprience issues once power has returned reboot your modem or router. We are also seeing cell towers and radio towers being affected by lightning and wind. The Yellowstone Tower on Lincolnway in Valparaiso has fallen and NITCO fixed wireless customers being fed from that tower will be without service for an indeterminate period. Our NITCO Help Desk is available as well at 219-996-7000. Stay safe!
