This video is showing what we in the industry call "ghost touching". As you can see, this device is touching one thing & going to another.
This process when the screen is locked 🔒 is how devices get in disabled mode, connect to iTunes.
We have a program other than iTunes now that will reinstall non backed up data. The program is advertised as not 100% saving data but, so far, it has saved all data.
