I'm an SLP. I've helped hundreds of families build routines and regulation strategies for their neurodivergent kids. And I've watched my own family fall victim in exactly the same way.

The bus. The mirror. Four knocks. Both of us dysregulated before 7am.

That Tuesday morning was the day Mission Accomplished became inevitable.

I built it because the system around our kids is broken, not our kids, not us. The system. The therapist who builds a strategy on Thursday that never makes it home. The teacher who has no idea what your child's morning was like before they walked through the door. The parent carrying all of it alone.

We're in beta right now. Real families, early families, building their child's profile. Tracking patterns nobody ever tracked before. Watching things start to click.

There are still spots for families who want to be part of this from the beginning.

If you've ever left a therapy session with a great new strategy, only to watch it completely fall apart by the time you got home, you are not doing anything wrong.
As an SLP I've seen this happen hundreds of times. The strategy works in the therapy room and then vanishes the second your child is in a different environment. There's a real neurological reason for it, and there's a way to fix it.

True story: my child spent 22 minutes in the bathroom doing absolutely nothing productive while I knocked on the door four times and we both ended up late and dysregulated.
I'm an SLP. I help families with this for a living. And our mornings were a disaster.
Here's the one change that actually fixed it, and the neurological reason why it works.

One SLP and neurodivergent mom cut her morning routine from 45 minutes to 15. Here's exactly what changed and the neurological reason it works.

Every parent of a neurodivergent child has had that moment. You've asked three times. You've stayed calm. And then you haven't. And then the guilt sets in because you know your child isn't doing it on purpose. But in the moment it feels like they are.
I wrote something for that moment.
Your child is not being difficult. Their brain is working exactly the way it was built to work. The problem is that the systems around them weren't designed for it.

If you've spent any time in the world of ADHD, autism, or neurodivergent parenting, you've almost certainly heard the term "executive functioning" — and quietly wondered what it actually means.
I wrote a full breakdown — plain language, no jargon — explaining what's actually happening in your child's brain and why the struggles you're seeing make complete sense.

Plain-language explanation of executive functioning and why it matters for neurodivergent children. Written by Jenilee Woltman, M.S.Ed., CCC-SLP.

👋 Welcome to Mission Accomplished!
If you've just found us — Hi, I'm Jenilee, I am mom of a neurodivergent kid, and I became an SLP to get her the tools and resources she needed to succeed. I built this because I was tired of watching brilliant children succeed in therapy but fall apart at home, and vice versa.
The problem: Parents, teachers, and therapists are all trying to help — but nobody is working from the same playbook.
Mission Accomplished fixes that by connecting everyone into one unified support system so your child gets consistent help everywhere, not just in one room.
In our pilot families:
✅ 72% improvement in independent task completion
✅ 60% reduction in parental stress

One calm day doesn’t mean struggles disappeared.
One hard day doesn’t erase progress. 💛

Neurodivergent regulation changes based on sleep, sensory input, stress, transitions, illness, social demands, and emotional energy.

AI-powered tracking tools can help families recognize patterns with compassion instead of frustration.

Progress isn’t linear — and that’s okay. 🌈
