Great event last week with the IGDA, Thank you Morgan for speaking on Diversity and for everyone showing up and joining the meeting! We are excited to sponsor food next Month on March 3rd 6-8pm for all the local Devs at the Innevation center. We will be mixing up the food options to add some variety next month, so don't miss out!

INDIE BOOST!!

We have met and gotten to know IndieDev and are proud to give his hard work a shout out! He has created some fun-to-play PC games with simple animations and instructions that are easy to understand.
We were able to play this fox game on our mobile device and enjoyed advancing to new levels within it. Rich is a hard working student and independent developer with a clear passion for game creation and we appreciate his support in NXT-GENvgc as well.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr was lead by faith in the 1960s to impact generations through a dream in which he called for civil and economic rights and an end to racism in the United States. Thanks to his courage and influence we are all able to work side-by-side to create awesome graphics, games and learn from one another today. NXT-GEN VGC is in the business of Humanity and we are here to open doors and work together as we grew the Gaming Industry.

The first Tuesday of the Month is APPROACHING! Mark your calendars to meet NXT-GENvgc at the Local IGDA event and get insider scoops on our recent progress!

We are excited to hear Morgan Lakeotes speak from Whim Indie, she will be discussing the importance of diversity in video games, and ways of incorporating it into your game.

The talk will start at 7pm, and the first hour will be used for networking and meet/greet with game developers in the Las Vegas area.

We take a moment of silence today to remember all the lives that were impacted on this day 18 years ago.

We will never forget the attacks at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and on United Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

We have raised enough funds to lower our goal to $11k !
