Customer service matters! When we bring a new agency live on our software, we spend the week onsite, making requested tweaks, answering questions, doing everything we can to facilitate a smooth and easy transition, even making sure we spend time with each shift…including night shifts…simply because it’s the right thing to do.

Tomorrow morning, a new customer agency, with almost 200 personnel, goes live on TailorBuilt CAD, Mobile CAD, and a whole suite of RMS modules, including NIBRS-compliant Incident Reporting.

Here's the part that has us grinning: we received first access to their environment on May 12th. That was 56 days ago.

Fifty. Six. Days.

Most agencies are told a project like this takes a year... sometimes longer. Our team did it in under two months. And the pressure was REAL: the agency's contract with their previous vendor expires July 31st. We beat that deadline with almost a month to spare.

We're proud of our team, grateful for a customer who trusted us to move fast, and honestly? We can't wait to watch dispatchers and officers put this system to work tomorrow morning.
