We remember, and we're grateful for the men and women who ALWAYS run toward the danger. Thank God that such people stand ready in the dark so that the rest of us can sleep peacefully at night.

Your great customer service is an excellent salesperson for your organization.

Your poor customer service is an excellent salesperson for your competitors.

A couple of our guiding principles are “ASAP” and “Own It.”

We aim to exceed our customers’ expectations, addressing any issues as quickly as possible…and on those rare occasions when there is a delay, we make no excuses and double our efforts to make up for it.

Emails like this one Tommy Alderman received this morning are very affirming, validating, and motivational:

"Tommy,

Just wanted to take a moment to give kudos to your support people. I sent an email this morning with an issue and [TBS employee] had it resolved 5 minutes (exactly) later. Always great to work with folks who are on the ball.

Thanks,

[Patrol Commander]"

At TailorBuilt Solutions, LLC, we strive for truly exceptional customer service. We might not get it done in 5 minutes every time, but "ASAP" is always our goal, because our customers don't have time to wait.

“Y’all have already spent more time here with us than our previous vendor did in all the years we had them. And when we have questions, y’all seem happy and eager to answer them instead of looking like we’re bothering you. It’s been really nice.”
~ night shift Patrol Lt.

Customer service matters! When we bring a new agency live on our software, we spend the week onsite, making requested tweaks, answering questions, doing everything we can to facilitate a smooth and easy transition, even making sure we spend time with each shift…including night shifts…simply because it’s the right thing to do.

Tomorrow morning, a new customer agency, with almost 200 personnel, goes live on TailorBuilt CAD, Mobile CAD, and a whole suite of RMS modules, including NIBRS-compliant Incident Reporting.

Here's the part that has us grinning: we received first access to their environment on May 12th. That was 56 days ago.

Fifty. Six. Days.

Most agencies are told a project like this takes a year... sometimes longer. Our team did it in under two months. And the pressure was REAL: the agency's contract with their previous vendor expires July 31st. We beat that deadline with almost a month to spare.

We're proud of our team, grateful for a customer who trusted us to move fast, and honestly? We can't wait to watch dispatchers and officers put this system to work tomorrow morning.

Does your agency need new software fast? Not many vendors can move so quickly.

TailorBuilt Solutions can...and we just did.
