Allow us to guide you through the label manufacturing process as you focus on taking your business to the next level. ProLabel was initially based in a 2,800-square-foot plant in Hollywood, FL. At that time, ProLabel was a two-press operation, and the company had always used conventional flexographic technology. It was only a matter of time before word spread about ProLabel. The company outgrew it
s warehouse location and needed to expand to accommodate growing demand from its growing customer base. In 2000, the company moved operations to a 12,000-square-foot facility in Miami. ProLabel can quickly respond to customers’ just-in-time orders. The company can easily transform customer’s digital files to high-quality output in a timely manner. In addition, because labels are produced in reaction to market demands, there is less waste and less label obsolescence. Their press has a 1,200 dpi (dots per inch) imaging resolution for high quality label output. ProLabel delivers sharp and crisp details to each label. Plus, the digital press can add micro text and other security features to prevent counterfeiting. DEDICATED LABEL PRODUCTION - ProLabel's materials are based on dry toner electrophotography, which is an eco-friendly printing process. In addition, the presses have no frame or sheet size restrictions. As a result, they can print variable lengths and their speed is not affected by the label size and/or the number of colors used. The company was founded by graphic arts veteran Ramon Fernandez. After working for many years for a local label converter, Fernandez realized he had a passion for the label and packaging technology. Fernandez followed his entrepreneurial spirit and invested in ProLabel, in an effort to cater to the growing need for label manufacturing in the southern Florida region.
