Tech Solutions is looking for an organized and dependable Service Coordinator to support our technicians, customers, and day-to-day service operations.

In this role, you’ll help manage schedules, coordinate service calls and inspections, communicate with customers, maintain project documentation, and assist with billing and administrative needs. As you learn more about our low-voltage systems and processes, there will also be opportunities to grow into supporting quotes and project bids.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Friendly, professional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
• Interest in learning about low-voltage systems and networking

Experience in a trades, construction, or field-service office is helpful, but not required.

What if accessing your workplace was as simple as using Apple Pay?

At Melbourne’s 101 Collins Street tower, thousands of tenants and visitors are using mobile wallet credentials to access entry points, elevators, lockers, and other secured areas directly from their phones, without needing a physical card or key fob.

This HID project offers an interesting look at how mobile access technology is creating a more convenient, flexible, and seamless building experience.

Melbourne's iconic 101 Collins Street tower now has all of its tenants and visitors accessing the building using mobile wallets instead of physical cards.

Through a deployment by HID and Kodaa, thousands of people access entry points, elevators, lockers, and end-of-trip facilities using their phones. The solution integrated with existing systems, and it's been live for nearly a year across more than 35 tenancies.

Kodaa founder Seth Kouri describes the transition: “A year on, we’re supporting thousands of active users, and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. People don’t want to go back. Also, the project didn’t require a full infrastructure overhaul. The integrated solution is built to work with existing systems and HID ensures modernisation without disruption, making the transition low risk and the results immediate.”
