We are currently recruiting for positions in our Molding and Assembly Shop to help form and assemble products.
We need highly motivated, reliable people to join our dynamic and growing company!
12 hour shifts from 6pm to 6am; 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off.
Employees in this position are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package which includes paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance and a 401(k) profit sharing plan.
No experience is necessary and training is provided, but previous experience in a manufacturing environment with machine paced production is preferred.
This position consists of assembly work and machine operation/molding work.
The assembly work is production paced and requires standing to assemble components and mount tires on hubs. You will:
Assemble hubs with component parts.
Load assembled hubs and tires in the assembly machine and mount together.
Inspect mounted tires for defects and stack wheels according to requirements.
The molding work is machine paced and requires molders to stand and walk around a hot press line pushing a service cart to perform the loading and unloading of the molds. You will:
Fill buckets with accurately weighed rubber granules and load on service cart.
Reach into press to load and level molds.
Reach into press to remove molded products and visually inspect for defects.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and comprehensive background check.
