Job Description
Small electronics distributor is looking for a flexible employee who is willing to jump in and assist where needed while learning all aspects of the business.

Requirements:
Employee must learn and understand the requirements of the company Quality Management System including procedures and work instructions.
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
Operations:

Enter approved orders
Prepare pick tickets and pack slips for all orders to be shipped
Prepare and send proforma invoices for prepaid orders
Verify that correct product has been picked and invoice picked orders
Contact customers when a problem arises with their order
Enter cash receipts and prepare deposits

Warehouse:
Inspect incoming and outgoing product utilizing a magnifying glass and/or microscope
Pick, prepare and ship outgoing orders
Receive all incoming product in accordance with purchase order specifications
Receive, research and enter excess inventory into our internal system
Take photos of product for customers
