A number of websites are down.

Update @ 12:00 PM EDT | 16:00 UTC
The latest information we have is that PhoenixNAP has brought 2 of its 4 chillers back online, and we are seeing temperatures in the data center begin to drop. We anticipate that the third chiller will be back online in approximately 3 hours, at which point we believe we will be able to begin bringing our services back online.

That's far too many visitors to your website, that didn't arrive to the expected page. How do you get them to the correct page?
Site manager or htaccess file and set redirects 301 or redirect gone.

Whether you use brackets, or hyphens for what the customers reads is your preference, but must still all use the same format. Same goes for the way you write and display your address. (james st. hinton or James Street, Hinton. etc)
