Today we're celebrating 7 years with Greg DeWeerd! 🎉

As our art director, Greg turns written strategy into complex, intentional designs. He's a strategic thinker first, which is why every design decision he makes has a defensible reason behind it.

He's also the reason a two-minute question turns into a 20-minute conversation about life or why the word you just used isn't the word you meant. Outside of the office, you'll find Greg with his wife and three kids, usually camping, hiking or at the beach.

We're so grateful for all that he brings to our team!

Some of our video crew took their talents to Music City last week! Anna and Chris packed up the gear and headed to Nashville to shoot a video segment for JR Automation. We're always grateful for the opportunity to spend some time with our clients outside of Michigan!

When the cameras weren't rolling, they:
- Took in the *Nashville* Parthenon
- Caught a live jazz set in a historic Printers Alley speakeasy
- Hunted down some iconic murals
- Braved Nashville's famous hot chicken
- Tried on and took home some western wear
- Faced off on the mini golf course, where Anna mercilessly beat Chris

Our team knows how to make the most of a trip, on and off set. 🤠

Zack and Maggie wrapped up their summer internship last week, and they went out the right way: Final presentations that showed just how much they learned (and how much they brought to the team), followed by a proper send-off on their last day.

They weren't just here to observe. They dove into real client work, asked thought-provoking questions, and became genuinely integral to our team this summer. They showed up ready to do real work, and it showed in everything from their projects to their presentations.

Good luck this school year, Zack and Maggie. We'll be cheering you on!

Yesterday, we celebrated 5 years with Matt Nutile! 🎉

Matt leads our video team as Senior Video Producer, turning complex client stories into high-quality content. Since joining as an Associate Video Producer in 2021, he's stepped into a leadership role that pushes our video work forward every day.

When he's not on set, you can find him volunteering at Corewell with his therapy dog, Ollie, or looking completely expressionless about something he's actually very excited about.

Today we're celebrating 18 years with Erich Boileau! 🎉

As a partner at Boileau & Co., Erich helps clients bring clarity and understanding to complex stories. He's a strategic thinker, a natural coach and someone who genuinely cares about seeing people grow.

His journey to partner included stints as a coffee runner, web developer and Director of Web Services, plus nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership abroad in Morocco and Japan. And yes, he really can fix your computer just by standing near it.

We're so grateful for all that he brings to our team!

Today we're celebrating 2 years with Magdalen Heerspink! Happy Magdalenniversary! 🎉

If you've ever walked into our office to find fresh snacks in the kitchen, a beautifully decorated space for a team celebration or a thriving jungle of greenery lining our walkway, you have Magdalen to thank. Behind the scenes, she's also the one keeping us on track: managing weekly reports, productivity data and billing so our team can do its best work.

Whether she's crunching numbers, prepping for a team outing or tending to her plant babies, Magdalen brings warmth and thoughtfulness to everything she does.
