Hows everyone holding up out there with this crazy weather? Looks like at this time alot of people are still in the dark so to speak. Electricity is off in a lot of places. Several of the remote servers we manage are offline so we have a pretty good idea of how widespread this is. We are on normal operations mode today but will do our best to attend to storm related outages and repairs as we can! Everyone stay safe and we will see you if you need us!

With our awesome remote support ability, we can often fix your issues from afar, without having to schedule an onsite appointment. Of course, not ALL problems can be resolved remotely but many can! If you have a technical issue and reach out to us, you may be surprised to find out we can fix it remotely. We use Splashtop as our remote connection. It's safe, secure and efficient. If we have worked on your computer in person before then you already have an icon on your computer that says All Access Technology Remote Support. If not, it's easy to download from our website at www.aatech.com. look in the top right corner where it says remote support. Click on that, follow the instructions on the page and let us know your support code when instructed to. Working miracles is what we try to do, and sometimes we can do them without even being there in person. This is NOT outsourced tech support. This is local, inhouse tech support. Have tech issues? Welcome to December everyone! Wanted to bring you all up to speed on our 2024 service rates so here is the official 1 month out notice of changes!

Our new rates going into effect January 1st, 2024 will be $120/hr for residential services and remote calls (cash discount available) and $150/hr for business services.

A survey of local companies providing the same type of service shows our numbers to be slightly below the going rates.

We never look forward to price increases but given the nature of the current economy, rising inflation and the cost of fuel and parts, we are left with very little choice. That being said, we have appreciated your patronage for the past 20 years and will continue to strive to perform IT miracles for your homes and businesses in 2024.
