CPU Cooler fix! One of my first customers that bought a laptop back last year, had an issue with his computer not showing a picture on his monitor.
Went there for a late night service call and realized the was not turning on from the video he sent. I realized one of his pins for his cooler was bent and assuming that was not allowing a picture because the cpu was not cooled down enough or something, I bent the pin back how it should, reinserted the module, and it ended up showing the picture! The cooler turned on, which is the circle thing with the wires coming out of it, and the fan on the top of the case both lit back up, indicating it was working.
Weird issues can arise for something so simple, but it worked out. Hit us up for any or related services!

had a service call for a SrtTrail.txt error, which got fixed up in less than an hour! It's a weird start-up error that sometimes gets fixed booting into recovery mode, but not all the time. It can be tricky. If you ever have this come up before you boot your computer, don't panic! Call us!

Starting off right with a new business client, Brown's Billiards! They wanted to use one of their TVs as an advertising tool to show off local businesses and partners as well as show pool tournaments, food menu, etc.
This leads into getting out first local advertisement out there! It's very exciting, and I can't wait to see what successes 2026 has for us on the horizon!

did a for a customer! Scroll through pictures to see my steps:
1. Power button is on, but the screen does not work.
2. Remove bezel around screen carefully.
3. Bezel is removed.
4. Pull adhesive from the back of the screen through the bottom edges of the screen.
5. Install new screen and put new adhesive steps in the inside cover that is behind the screen and position screen properly. Also, verify the screen works!
6. Install the bezel back on the laptop. Every customer receives a complimentary cleaning.
7. Turn the laptop back on and be happy with your accomplishment!
