thank you to my friends, my family, and everyone who’s supported my little small business over the years… seriously, i’m overwhelmed with gratitude today.

today we officially hit 16 years in business.

i started this company when i was just 19 years old, and somehow along the way it grew into something where hundreds of people and their businesses depend on us to keep things running. that’s still wild to me.

i say this a lot, but it’s because it’s true… i’m literally living my childhood dream. i get to do what i love, share my gift with the world, and help people at the same time. that’s a blessing i don’t take lightly for even a second.

and to my contract customers… a truly special, from-the-heart thank you for believing in me and trusting me with your businesses. it means more to me than i can ever really put into words. 💚

Due to a fire in the plaza earlier today, our store is currently without power and internet—essential tools for our work! 🤦‍♂️

We are working to restore services and anticipate being operational within a few hours. To prevent future disruptions, we’re also exploring backup generator options! Thank you all for your understanding and patience! (Always something, right? 😄)

14 YEARS SINCE WE FIRST OPENED OUR DOORS!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you for trusting us, having patience with us, sharing your stories and your lives with us, spreading our name whenever someone asks for anything computer related. thanks for every good review on google, for every tag on the nextdoor app, for every mention on any facebook group….. we are forever indebted to you, our customers, our friends.

we are successful because we love helping our community, we love connecting with you, we love sharing our passion for technology and we are PROUD to still be here. what a blessing it is to have earned this reputation. thank you to my mom (which a lot of you have had the pleasure of meeting at the shop!!) for believing in my team and i, and for guiding us with love and compassion and values and morals.

We offer everything the bigger guys offer, for less. The perfect business model.

If you want an IT guy that knows your stuff, inside and out, and don't have the money to hire a full-time internal IT guy... you are at the right place.

After proudly serving our community for nearly 14 years, we've made a small change to better support the growth and sustainability of our services.

Starting today, we'll be introducing a nominal $10 diagnostic fee for our computer evaluations. The good news? This fee can be fully applied towards the cost of any subsequent repair you choose to undertake with us.

We understand the value of the trust you've placed in our services over the years. Offering free diagnostics for well over a decade was our way of showing appreciation. As our business has evolved, this minor adjustment ensures that we can continue to provide you with the high-quality service you've come to expect.
