Welcome to 2022 everyone. To start off the new year we've been blessed with a on-prem Microsoft Exchange bug which started at 12:00am 1/1/22 that is affecting mail delivery. We've currently working with several clients to resolve this issue. If you are having issues with Mail Delivery on Exchange feel free to give us a call we are available 24/7/365.

With our move largely finished. We will be changing our hours. We will still be open at 8:30 in the morning but will be changing our closing to 5pm. As always we can be reached after hours at our emergency line to provide the same great service you've come to expect from us!

Today is the day! MCS Networks is moving to our new offices. We are still open at both locations for the day but starting Monday we will be operating out of the new one at 3811 Creedside Ln.

Some of you may have heard but now it’s official: MCS Networks will be moving to our new offices at 3811 Creekside Ln in Holmen! This is located just off of Hwy 53 behind the McDonalds. The move is still ongoing so we are still operating at our current office at 306 N Holmen Dr. Like our page and stay tuned for updates on the move and when everyone can come and see the new building!

Operation Update: MCS Networks Inc. will remain open as normal during the mandated "Safer at Home" period as we are I.T support for many local government agencies and other essential businesses.

Our hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

Emergency after-hours support is always available 24/7/365.

Due to the amount of our time being wasted answering robocalls at our office (15 - 20 a day) we've added a simple "Press 1 for Technical Support, Press 2 for Sales" call tree to our phone system.

I pledged years ago to never do this as I personally hate call trees but the time we are wasting on this daily basis is obscene. Call tree will remain in place until these calls stop.
