Hello fellow Libby and Troy area people! Today I would like to give attention to some quality service from local business that has affected me and mine. This last March I was notified that my internet plan was being upgraded from what I was paying for 100Mb down 50 up, to their fastest available for my location 500Mb down 50 up, and it was a free upgrade! I just wanted to say that it was a very nice surprise since I had just downgraded before then to save on the cost, but I want Montana Sky to know that it was appreciated and it is still active! This was a thank you for staying with them when we had sampled the new company ziply fibers internet of fiber to building. But I am thankful that I did not switch, this is more then a thank you, this is Value! If montana sky was taken over or lost do to the market outreach of ziply, we the customers, would be at the mercy of ziply, thus they could and just might, impose data caps, rate limits and other unfavorable things that Montana Sky has said they will never do (at least not data caps). If you have the service area support of Montana sky I would go back to them. The difference is not only in the service but the relationship you make with your customers to the point where they are not just customers but your friends. This brings me to another note, Alpha Computers, I had the need for an adaptor from one standard to another. They did not have what I needed, but upon another solution they were willing to accommodate and help me with a different display, this by itself is just good business, but it was a side situation where I had wanted to try another adaptor and it was sealed, having asked if they had one open to try to test the workability and quality of the adaptor, they had one and ultimately gave it to me for free! The savings was only about 12 dollars but still that is 12 dollars that they didn't get to cover the cost of that item, and the display was one from the back room. I don't know if they sell those anyway but it was what I needed to get the job done and that is setting if to let you know.
