Details remain scarce after the Trump administration announced plans to build a $17 billion natural gas-fired power plant in southwestern Pennsylvania.

Among the questions: Where will the plant be located and when will construction begin?

Neither the White House nor NextEraEnergy, the company building the facility, had any answers. White House spokeswoman Liz Huston said the details haven’t been settled yet while NextEra did not respond to a request for comment outside of a news release.
