📺 Help Hyperflex Build Your Local TV Lineup

Hyperflex is preparing to launch our new TV service, and we want our customers to help decide which local TV channels should be included.

Please comment below with the local channels you would most like to see added to the Hyperflex TV lineup.

Once we collect customer feedback, we will create a community poll where customers can vote to choose the top 5 to 10 local channels to be added first.

Hyperflex Broadband will be updating our Terms and Conditions regarding service commitments.
Effective immediately, customers who cancel their service before completing 12 months will incur a $250 early termination fee. In addition, all equipment must be returned to the Hyperflex office at the time of cancellation. If equipment is not returned, a $200 equipment fee will be added to your account.
Any unpaid bills or fees that remain outstanding for more than 90 days may be turned over to a collections agency.
We understand there are many options available today, and competitive pricing can sometimes make other services appear appealing. However, Hyperflex is being built from the ground up, and delivering reliable, high-quality service requires significant investment in infrastructure, time, and resources.
Before making a change, we encourage you to consider what matters most. While saving money is important, having local customer support means faster response times and more personalized service than many larger providers can offer.

TikTok’s geo-location inaccurately reporting your location error.

We want to make everyone aware that the recent “Product not available in this country or region” message some customers are seeing on TikTok is not a Hyperflex network issue.

The issue is being caused by TikTok’s geo-location database not being properly updated for a portion of our IP address blocks, which is causing some users to be incorrectly identified as being outside the United States.

Our network is operating normally, and this restriction is being generated by TikTok’s platform. We are actively working to have TikTok update their geo-location records for the affected IP ranges.

We appreciate your patience while TikTok corrects their system.
