We’ve been notified that another company has been going door-to-door targeting Air Fiber Communications customers and asking for WiFi passwords or trying to run speed tests outside your home in an attempt to switch your service.

For your security:
• ❌ Never give out your internet password or personal account info.
• ❌ Our team will NEVER ask for your password.
• ⚠️ Outside speed tests do NOT reflect the true performance of your service — routers work best the closer you are to them.

Please don’t feel pressured by sales tactics or claims about your neighbors’ service. If you ever have questions about your speeds or service, contact us directly and we’ll be glad to help.

There is currently a fire heading towards our Rosedale tower. We are hoping for the best but if service drops it is due to equipment being damaged. We will be fixing it later this evening when it’s safe to do so.
