We service all computers (MACs/PC).

- Full-time / Part-Time 20 hours per week minimum or Full-Time

-Must be available to work some morning and weekend shifts

-- Must have some prior experience with Computer Repair
--Must have some prior customer service experience in a retail setting.
-- MUST be able to drive with a clean abstract record
-- Repair phones,computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals
-- Reinstall operating systems in the case of hard disk failures
-- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and Internet
skills. Ability to speak with customers in a friendly and informative manner .
-- Knows how to find solutions and answers online, excellent research skills (knows how to use Google, etc.)
-- Excellent e-mail writing skills
-- Have solid knowledge and understanding of computer hardware / software
-- Remote Support and On Site work
-- Tasks include: installation and maintenance of computer networks for both hardware and software
-- Excellent trouble shooting skills required
-- Must have clean driving abstract
-- Coachable and open minded
-- Hard working
-- Quick learner with good memory [and willing to learn alot!]
