Love helping local businesses!🪷

Earlier this year we teamed up to create a new website that includes a shop with secure payment options where clients can purchase hand made custom glass arts, product information, glass art making workshops and more.

Excited to add new features that highlight the wellness side of the business this week including updated images, scheduling and registration options for signing up for yoga classes. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Excited to add a new Fall Equinox Yoga workshop at Alderbrook Resort and Spa!🙏🏼

This cozy indoor offering will be led be held in the Olympic Ballroom West at the resort. 🍁

Welcome the shift of seasons from Summer to Fall with supportive and gentle holistic healing practices that soothe the body, mind and spirit including:

🍂 Gentle All Levels Yoga
🍂 Journaling
🍂 Herbal Body Butter Making (make a take home soothing body butter with Fall scent essential oils)
🍂 Yoga Nidra Meditation with a Fall theme
🍂 Sound Healing with crystal bowls designed to balance the chakras/energy centers
🍂 Aromatherapy and more!

Date: Sunday, September 20th, 2026

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Cost: $65.00 per person. A percentage of the proceeds from this workshop will be donated to the Salmon Center.
