The only "Extra Extra" I'm doing today is cardio for the Taco Tour pregame!

Hit the gym early this morning to crush a fasted workout because today is the day! The Annual Taco Tour Manchester is officially taking over Elm Street from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and I am fully preparing to eat my face off.

You’ve gotta earn those tacos, and a little extra cardio means making plenty of room for all the incredible local spots downtown.

• That pile you’ve been meaning to deal with forever

What to donate:
• Gently used clean clothing

• Canned goods and whole grains

• Healthy nonperishable snacks

The truck holds 10,000 lbs. I want to flatten the tires on it. Come help them beat last year.

The magic in your childhood wasn’t because you were a child, it was because you were living in the present.

Somewhere along the way, we traded presence for "connectivity."

But true connection doesn’t happen through a glass screen, it happens when we allow our minds the space to wander, create, and rest.

I’m committing to 10 minutes of daily "Child’s Mind" time. Whether it’s doodling or getting lost in a story, it’s time to unplug to truly plug back in.
