I was so nervous and excited, all at the same time. After meeting my new kiddo I knew I was going to be in need of something to use to pair with him. Although I was super prepared with my training, I was not prepared in knowing that just showing up to the session with just me, was NOT enough! Over the three years working as a RBT, I prided myself on not feeling that way ever again. I began investi

ng in materials, clickers, toys, games and more! It quickly grew from a small bag to a duffle bag. Now that I have been a BCBA for quite some time, I continue to run into RBT/BT's who don't know that you should always come prepared to session with something exciting for your kiddo to play with and pair with you. I have sent my technicians starter items and also prepared them to bring some things along with them to make the pairing process smoother. They are always appreciative and tell me how they weren't made aware of the importance of a "fun bag". It is for this reason, I have launched a great company that provides all of the essential items needed for a novel (and seasoned) therapist.
