A nuestra querida comunidad y clientes:

Queremos informarles que estos días pasados nuestro taller sufrió varios incidentes de robo. Afortunadamente, todo nuestro equipo de trabajo se encuentra con bien y a salvo, que es importante para nosotros por qué es la herramienta que usamos para trabajar.

Lamentablemente, durante estos sucesos fueron sustraídos algunos equipos que teníamos en proceso de reparación. Queremos darles total tranquilidad: nos estamos comunicando de manera directa y personalizada con cada uno de los clientes cuyo dispositivo se vio afectado para informarle el estatus de su caso y coordinar las soluciones correspondientes.

Agradecemos de corazón su paciencia, apoyo y comprensión mientras realizamos los trámites correspondientes con las autoridades y dejamos todo listo para seguir atendiéndoles.
