Just yesterday we received a priority call that a homeowner had a tenant that lost power to their dishwasher and disposal. We quickly learned that the disposal was the culprit and had it replaced and were in and out in under an hour. It’s been a busy week! From swapping out a heavy wooden attic ladder to a lighter aluminum and adding some attic decking for a longtime client in Cross Creek Ranch, to installing bathroom grab bars for a new client’s elderly mother in Firethorne, to helping a time strapped family with some furniture assembly in Cinco Ranch, I deeply enjoy the opportunity to serve the nearby communities. All, I wanted to share a product (Freeze Miser) someone recommended to me after the freeze. I haven't personally used it but I plan to purchase it and try it out. If it works as intended, the benefit is that it acts in the same manner as manually dripping your faucet. The colder it gets, supposedly the faster it drips. You can leave it on all winter and if you happen to be out of town during a freeze, it will hopefully prevent line freezing and possible expensive busted pipes. Just wanted to share. Out and about this amazing Friday doing some things I haven’t done much of in the past. They say you never stop learning new things. Well, they are correct! Today it included terminating network cabling for a customer installing whole home video surveillance. The builder had previously routed the Cat5 cable but today we wrapped up a project to mount all the cameras and get everything properly connected, networked, and operating!
