Job Description
Click&Create is seeking a Social Media Manager to work on our clients’ social media accounts and measure the resulting data. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy and ex*****on for all social media channels and establishing a positive online presence in an effort to build brand awareness.
This position will report to the agency owner and will work closely with other members of the Click&Create team. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available for a short daily video meeting as well as two weekly client meetings. This is a contract position with the possibility of transitioning to direct employment with Click&Create.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage day-to-day social media strategy and activities for multiple clients
- Understand each individual client, their intended message, and their target markets
- Prepare content calendar for each client across multiple social platforms
- Generate and post compelling content that will effectively reach target markets
- Use social media marketing tools as agency makes them available
- Develop, create, and manage social media advertising campaigns and promotions
- Define KPIs for campaigns
- Perform social media audits and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns
- Monitor, listen and respond to customers and reviewers in a “social”, yet professional manner

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field is a plus but not required
- Approximately three years as a professional social media manager, including:
creating social media strategies
creating engaging and grammatically correct content
Hard Skills
- Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (YouTube and TikTok are a bonus but not required)
- Knowledge of best practices for each platform listed
- Understanding of social media data
experience with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite is a plus
- Digitally savvy and interested in digital marketing industry and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other Requirements
- Must perform work duties on a candidate-supplied desktop computer or laptop
- Must be available for video (and some times in person) meetings: daily internal meeting and at least two weekly client meetings
- Must pass a background check
- Must sign non-disclosure agreements with our clients
