Gravitt8

Gravitt8 AI & automation agency in Houston. Increased growth were it matters. Your team copies data between five disconnected systems.

We build and deploy custom systems for professional services, healthcare & B2B teams — saving 15+ hrs/week per client, measurable results, not slide decks. Your pipeline depends on referrals you can't predict. You've been told AI is the answer — but every "AI consultant" hands you a strategy deck and leaves. Gravitt8 is different by design: we build and deploy the system, then hand you the dashboa

rd that proves it's working. WHAT WE DEPLOY
- AI-Driven Lead Generation — automated targeting and outreach that fills your B2B pipeline with qualified prospects. One multi-location medical practice: 40% more qualified leads in 7 months.
- Custom AI & Automation Implementation — we connect your CRM, intake, billing, and email so data moves itself. Typical result: 15+ hours/week of manual work eliminated per team.
- AI Consulting & Roadmapping — a practical, prioritized implementation plan for leaders who've been told to "figure out AI." WHO WE WORK WITH
Professional services firms (law, accounting, consulting), multi-location healthcare groups, recruiting firms, and logistics companies — typically $2M–$20M in revenue, big enough to feel operational drag, too lean to build an internal AI team. Headquartered in Houston, serving clients nationwide. Start with one question: what does your team do every day that shouldn't require a human? Book a free workflow audit at gravitt8.com.

A medical practice was basically paying a full-time salary for a job software now runs in the background. 👇

New-patient inquiries were coming in faster than the front desk could keep up, and leads went cold within hours. We deployed a system that captures every inquiry, responds instantly, and follows up automatically. Result: 45% more qualified leads, zero new hires.

A no-show isn't really a scheduling problem — it's revenue quietly walking out the door. 👋

Every empty slot is usually a patient who didn't get reminded the right way at the right time. A few a week adds up fast over a year.

The fix isn't asking your front desk to "be better about reminders." It's a system that confirms, reminds, and follows up automatically — HIPAA-conscious and built around your team. 👉

Wild last two months in legal AI: an AI-driven law firm won a trial in court… and in the same stretch, a judge threw four lawyers off a case for citing fake cases their AI made up. 😳

Both happening at once is the whole lesson. It's not about whether you use AI — it's whether you deploy it the right way, with a human where judgment matters.

The federal judge in Mississippi also imposed fines and canceled the civil trial, removing all four lawyers from the case.

In law, the firm that calls back first usually signs the client. ⚖️

This firm had great leads coming in — but by the time someone called back, they'd often already hired down the street. We built a system that responds the second a lead arrives and follows up on its own. Intake response dropped 65%, and the attorneys got back to practicing law.

Deployed systems, real results. 👉 gravitt8.com

Quick question for business owners: how much of your team's day disappears into busywork? 👀

Scheduling, intake, follow-up emails — it all feels necessary, so nobody questions it. But "necessary" and "has to be done by a human" aren't the same thing.

Most of it can be automated, which frees your best people up for the work only they can do. We build exactly that. 👉

A professional services firm came to us sure they had a marketing problem. They didn't — they had a speed problem. Good leads were coming in, but by the time someone called back, those people had already gone elsewhere.

So we built a system that captures every inquiry and responds instantly. The result? Intake response time dropped 65% — with no new hires.

That's what we do: build the system, then show you the number. 👉 gravitt8.com

Two pieces worth reading together dropped this week.

First: Decagon runs 90% of its AI workloads on open-source models because small, fine-tuned models outperform large ones on specific, stable tasks.

Second: a developer post making the case that not every task should cost a token — deterministic processes handled at the app level are faster, cheaper, and more reliable than routing them through an LLM.

For a law firm or clinic being pitched an enterprise AI platform: this is the conversation your vendor is not having with you.

Flagship models are genuinely powerful for complex, ambiguous reasoning. They are wasteful and often worse for structured, repeatable workflows — appointment triage, intake field extraction, document type classification.

At Gravitt8, we spec the right tool for the job before we build anything. That sometimes means a large model. More often, for the high-volume, repetitive work that actually eats your staff's time, it means something smaller, faster, and significantly cheaper to run.

Buying the most expensive model and calling it an AI strategy is not a strategy. It's deferred decision-making.

A 24% productivity lift from AI coding agents, per Microsoft's latest study. That's a real number, not a pitch deck projection.

But here's what that study actually says about professional services firms running AI pilots that aren't moving:

Adoption spread through peer networks — not training sessions, not all-hands announcements, not software rollouts. Colleagues who saw results told other colleagues.

That means the bottleneck in most AI initiatives isn't the technology. It's the absence of a visible win that people can point to.

This is exactly why here at Gravitt8 we scope every engagement around one concrete workflow first. A law firm that automates new matter intake and cuts that process from 45 minutes to 8 doesn't need a change management program. The paralegals talk.

Healthcare and legal are slower to adopt AI than tech — that's well documented. But the gap isn't skepticism. It's that nobody's shown them a system that works on their actual problem, in their actual environment.

Build one thing that works. The rest follows.

The most important line in Anthropic's new J-space research isn't about consciousness.

It's this: when researchers removed the J-space, Claude still chatted normally — but multi-step problem completion collapsed.

For professional services firms, that's the deployment risk nobody talks about. Most AI demos show the model handling a clean, single-turn question. The actual work — client intake, document review sequencing, prior authorization routing — requires chaining steps together and recovering when one goes sideways.

That's exactly where systems we build at Gravitt8 have to hold. A healthcare client's AI-assisted intake doesn't get credit for answering question one correctly if it loses the thread by question five.

What this research confirms: there's a meaningful architectural difference between AI that responds and AI that reasons through a process. Before deploying any agent in a legal or clinical setting, you need to know which one you're running.

The firms that test this in a controlled workflow before going live will have far fewer surprises than those treating it like a chatbot rollout.
